3. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes! We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
FreeFree cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour.
50% refund for cancellations between 24-48 hours.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows.
For rescheduling, contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
4. Do you offer hotel pick-up and drop-off?
Yes, most of our tours include complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off within Victoria Falls town. If you are staying outside the area, we can arrange transportation at an additional cost.
5. Are your tours suitable for children and Adults? Absolutely! We offer family-friendly tours, and many of our activities are suitable for all ages. However, certain adventure activities like bungee jumping and white-water rafting have age and health restrictions. Feel free to ask us for recommendations based on your needs!
